Arch Fenders were introduced to improve the performance of cylindrical fenders. They have an improved energy/reaction force ratio and are recommended for all types of applications. The "V" shape of these fenders helps to disperse stress evenly. These fenders are manufactured by compression moulding in a single piece with steel insert plates encapsulated in the legs to provide a firm fitment. The unique rubber compound developed for these Fenders has excellent U.V. resistance, resistance to ozone ageing, resistance to seawater, and extreme climate conditions from very low ambient temperatures to very high temperatures. These Fenders can be manufactured in various sizes and models depending on the requirement, can be installed vertically, horizontally, inclined, and fitted with a UHMW pad or a frontal frame to reduce friction and hull pressure.
