CHECKMOR 300 (400ml) is a high-sensitivity, azo-dye-free penetrant used in non-destructive testing (NDT). It is a dual-purpose penetrant that works both as a visible (red dye) and fluorescent penetrant under UV light, providing enhanced defect detection. The formulation is free from aromatic hydrocarbons and has low sulfur and halogen content, ensuring safe use on a wide range of metals. It offers excellent penetration capability and easy removability, meeting standards such as EN ISO 3452 and ASTM/ASME requirements.
Usage
Used for detecting surface-breaking defects such as cracks, porosity, and weld flaws in metals and non-porous materials. Commonly applied in industries like oil & gas, construction, aerospace, and manufacturing for inspection of welds, castings, forged parts, and pipelines.
