Strip Fenders (Series DSF) series Strip Fenders are generally used for fishing harbours, small ferry wharves, or small boat jetties, where the reaction force and energy absorption required are very low. Usually fitted to avoid damage to the expensive ferries or small boats and the structure itself, and sometimes used for edge protection. The fenders are easy to install and maintenance-free and made of high abrasion-resistant Poly Urethane (P.U.) Rubber with a steel insert offers excellent resistance to seawater, ozone ageing, and U V rays.
