XMOR S76 Aerosol (400ml) is a solvent-based, non-chlorinated penetrant remover and cleaner used in non-destructive testing (NDT). It is a fast-evaporating, low-viscosity liquid designed to remove excess penetrant, oil, grease, and other contaminants from surfaces. The formulation has low sulfur and halogen content, making it safe for use on sensitive metals and aerospace components, while leaving minimal residue for accurate inspection results.
Usage
Primarily used in dye penetrant inspection (DPI) processes to remove excess visible or fluorescent penetrant after application. Also used as a pre-cleaning agent before inspection to ensure surfaces are free from contamination.
